How to Effectively Use Troll Marketing to Build Your Brand

 Hello there,

I have been working in the marketing department of a small business. We have been working on the brand awareness and visibility of the company. However, we could not achieve the numbers we were looking for. It was then that someone suggested using troll marketing. I was not favour of this because it involves a lot of risk. If the campaign is not taken in the same manner as you expect, it can backfire. It has happened with several brands who had to apologise for the blunder later. However, our team managed to create a witty and harmless trolling campaign that worked. So, if you want your troll marketing to work, read the article shared below.

Six-month-old healthtech raises $10m to simplify access to medical information

A Sydney-based healthtech startup founded just six months ago by two former employees of design unicorn Canva has raised $10.15 million to build the future of personalised healthcare.

Co-founded by Georgia Vidler and Kate Lambridis, Human hopes to create a simpler way for people to access medical information by developing a platform that draws on research from doctors and the experiences of patients.

The seed round - which Human claims to be the largest of its kind ever raised by an all-female founding team - was backed by high-profile investors including Air Tree Ventures’ Elicia McDonald (who led the round) and Skip Capital - the investment office of Atlassian co-founder Scott Farquhar and Kim Jackson’.

10 Reasons Why Ethics are Important in Business

Hello all,

Most of us wish to be ethical but when it comes to putting down guidelines for the ideal code of conduct, we take a backstep. It is not the right way to deal with issues when you are running a business. You have to meet the expectations of your clients and keep your employees satisfied. Besides these two, you have to maintain your relationship with the suppliers, stakeholders and the community. You cannot afford to go wrong with any of them. Thus, I follow business ethics in my company which has helped us to become better and boost our profits. Here is an article that will help you understand this better.

Home prices drop for the second month in a row as Reserve Bank's aggressive interest rate rises hit hard

National property prices have fallen for the second month in a row, as higher interest rates and unaffordable prices hit demand for homes, while rental rates are rising at a faster rate than housing values.

Housing data and analytics firm CoreLogic said home values across the country fell 0.6 per cent in June, led by declines in Australia's biggest cities Sydney (-1.6 per cent) and Melbourne (-1.1 per cent), but prices also dropped in Hobart (-0.2 per cent) and regional Victoria (-0.1 per cent).

The Reserve Bank increased official interest rates in May and June to curb surging inflation, and more steep increases are expected.
