THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FRANCHISOR AND FRANCHISEE

 Hi Everyone,

A franchisor and a franchisee are in an interdependent relationship. They both need to support each other to become successful. They must adhere to the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement and keep working in tandem to achieve the best results for the franchise. Many franchisees do not pay attention to their relationship with the franchisor and end up suffering. They must maintain effective communication with them and ask for the required support if not satisfied by their service. They must share ideas and suggestions to help each other succeed. Here is an article that will help you understand the relationship between the two in a better way.

‘Wall-to-wall men’: Liberal candidates on Sydney’s north shore almost all male

NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet has hailed the Liberal Party for diversity among its election candidates, despite another Sydney seat failing to preselect a woman ahead of the March poll.

Perrottet, who last year said he wanted “more women, more diversity” among candidates, said the party had made strides with 50 per cent women on its upper house ticket, even as another male was preselected in Wakehurst at the weekend to replace outgoing Health Minister Brad Hazzard.

“Politics is a tough game, it’s a tough business. And to see some people put their hands up to run for public life, I think is incredibly important. The Liberal Party has that diversity. I think we’ve done well in our preselections and attracting talent,” the premier said on Sunday.

Booktopia’s initiatives include adjusting the pricing on various products to reflect costs, changing how it recovers third-party delivery costs, optimising its advertising program to focus more on high-conversion channels and reducing its property/lease obligations requirements.
