Millionaire racehorse owners put $40 million western Sydney pub up for sale

 The Kelly family, synonymous with thoroughbred horse racing and breeding, has decided to sell its Village Hotel in Sydney’s west after ownership of close to 40 years at a time when the pub sector is riding high.

A price of about $40 million is tipped for the sprawling property on 8422 square metres in the heart of Mount Druitt, 45 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD.
